Q – Is BMG affiliated with any utility companies?

A – No, we do not recommend any utility, ESCO or motor fuel companies.

Q – How long does it take to receive the refund?

A – Refunds, rebates, or credits: Approximately – 3 to 4 months. Motor Fuel Refunds: It is hard to estimate because each claim is processed manually by the NY State Tax Department.

Q – What paper work do we need to send you?

A – One complete utility or fuel bill from each provider.

Q – Is there any cost to me?

A – No, we don’t get paid until your refund, rebate or credit is received.
